Steel guard rails provide a visual and physical barrier between traffic and work areas. For protection against accidents due to lift trucks or other mobile equipment in dock areas, aisles, around special equipment, or offices. Reduce costly damage to equipment and inventory. Modular system is easily expanded or moved as needed. For indoor or outdoor use.
Bolted assembly for easy installation by maintenance people. Bolts and anchors included with posts. Triple ridge provides more strength and rigidity than conventional dual ribbed highway type rail. Rolled top and bottom edges eliminate sharp edges. Posts are made of 4" square steel tube 1/4" thick and are welded to 10" square floor plates. Four rail lengths and two post heights allow customized assemblies for individual plant needs. Painted industrial yellow for high visibility.
High-profile machine guard is ideal for inplant use to protect expensive equipment such as drill presses, lathes, and saws from possible fork truck damage. Lo-profile machine guards may be used indoors to protect valuable pallet racking or outdoors to guide semi-trailers when backing into loading docks. Safety bollard can also be used both indoors and outdoors to protect work areas.
