Product Description:
The PVC Special High-Strength Layflat Hose Production line is a new self-developed production by digesting and absorbing the foreign advanced technology manufacturing once-shaped hoses by the special techniques of plasticizing the PVC materials squeezed through extruder, which uses polyester fiber as reinforcing material. The hoses producted by the line have the characteristics of good flexibility, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, light weight, no limitation in length, etc.
Working Flow:

Main extruder→ Die → Braider → Cooling bath → Drying tank → Haul off → Winder → Ink printer → Electric cabinet
