Specifications
Sandwich Panel Production Line with the lower skin of cement pressure plate or cement-based rollable materials.Sandwich Panel Production Line is to make PU-cored insulation sandwich panels with the lower skin of cement pressure plate or cement-based rollable materials and the upper skin of cement-based rollable materials. The thickness of the produced sandwich panel ranges from 20 to 100 mm, the width between 900 to 1220 mm and the length on request.
The operation principle of this line is as follows: PU chemical liquids are delivered into the mixing head through the metering pump on the injection machine and then injected onto the bottom facing sheet (cement pressure plate or cement-based rollable material) going toward conveyors along with the top superficial sheet of cement-based rollable material. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials are foamed and hardened into shape, after which the laminated panel is cut by an automatic tracking cutter into preset length.
