Main Features:
1. Used for low temperature –196°c high temperature +300°c. good resistance to climate,anti-aging. In fact application,such as in 250°c conditions placed consecutively 200 days,not only strength will not become low,but also weight will not reduce.
keep the original softness.
2. No adhesiveness:not easy adhesion any material,Easy to clean the surface of the attachment oily be soiled, stain or other fixtures,paste,resin and paint sticky substance almost all can be simply cleared;
3. Corrosion resistant,ability strong acid,strong alkali,wang ,s and various kinds of organic solvent corrosion.
4.Stable dimension( Extensions coefficient is less than 5‰),high strength,good mechnical properties.
5. Flexural fatigue,can be used for smaller diameter wheel.
6. Bear the elixir,non-toxic, Almost all drug resistance items.
7. Fire retardant.
8. Gas permeability--the rate,reduce air conveyor belt cost and improve the efficiency of dry heat source.
Application scope:
1. Textile,printing,dyeing,printing,dyeing cloth drying,drying shrinkage drying,non-woven fabrics such as drying baked road,Hong Fang conveyor belt.
2. Screen,printing,loose dryer,offset printing presses, UV series light solid machine,paper,the oil drying,UV drying,plastic printing drying baked road,Hong fang conveyor belt.
3. Other things: high frequency drying,microwave drying,freeze and thaw out all kinds of food,baking,heat shrinkable packaging items,general water cut of drying,flux type items of the ink fast drying Hong Fang the conduction band.
All need of hot transmit working conditions, are suitable for use teflon conveyor belt grid.
