-- Clean the fixation board and stabilize it.

-- Position the module with double sided tape and stick on the back of board.

-- Use silicon glue to fix modules (if needed).

-- Screw mounting the modules on the fixation board.

Q1: Can I get some free samples for testing?

A1: Yes, free samples are available for your test, with freight collect or prepaid by Paypal or Western Union or T/T. 

Q2: How can I test ZOYO LED modules?

A1: Connect the wire of modules to your own power supply whose output voltage should be DC12V or DC24V.If you do not have such a power supply, please ask us to provide with samples. Meanwhile, pls kindly note the +/- marks on the wire and connect to the +/- pole of power supply correctly. 

Q3: What are the advantages of constant current circuit driving LED modules?

A3: Constant current driving ensures full string of 20pcs working in same brightness and stably working, also greatly benefits the fluctuating power efficiency and maintain longer lifespan of LEDs.

Q4: Do you also sell power supplies or extra connectors for ZOYO LED modules?

A4: Yes. But please make sure the power supply should allow some capacity to protect itself and modules with 20%~30% capacity unused, i.e. Power Input is 20%~30% more than the exact power consumption of modules connected to it.

Q5: What is the max quantity of one string?

A5: Normally we suggest max 20pcs a string, then connect to a power supply directly. Meanwhile, if you really need more quantity of a string, please contact us to check the possibility.

Q6: Are ZOYO LED modules dimmable?

A6: Most of our LED modules are non-dimming. As constant current driving circuit not allow the voltage through LEDs varying. But we can do whatever you request based on MOQ no less than 10,000pcs. By the way, RGB modules are only available with ODM service at present.

Q7: Can I install the high power LED modules into outdoor advertising boards or use in opening conditions directly?

A7: Our modules’ protection level is IP65, are suitable to be used in outdoor lights boxes, channel letters or carbines, but we suggest better not to be exposed to opening conditions avoid damages.

Q8: Do you accept OEM or ODM service?

A8: Yes. Lead time for ODM sample is around 3 days and for bulk order needs around 2 weeks.

Q9: Is there any cheap shipping method importing to our country?

A9: For small orders, express will be best; for bulk orders, shipment by sea is the cheapest way but takes longer time.

For urgent orders, we suggest DHL or Fedex IP with door to door service.

Q10: Can we get a good price for your high power injection LED modules, as we are selling low power modules mostly at present?

A10: You can inform us your own present market demands, we can help you to learn more advantages of high power, such as lower cost for one square meter, lower installing charge, bright enough for thicker structures, and so on. Regard prices, we offer discounts based on order quantity.

Q11: Can you tell me the differences of ZOYO LED modules with optical lens and without?

A11: Kindly note the truth optic lens occurs is to avoid brighter dots and to get evenly light effect of high power LED modules. It's unnecessary to use lens for low power LED modules such as 0.24w, 0.48w, 0.72w. If evenly light needed, our 0.72w MA653F with 3 lens, 160 degree angle with promotion prices US$0.2 can meet demands of thin light boxes of 30mm to 100mm depth economically. Additionally, as LED modules would be the perfect light sources for advertising signs, high power modules with lens are suitable for various applications.

A13: We offer 3 years' warranty for Samsung, Epistar or Sanan LED injection modules with lens, 5 years warranty for Cree or Osram LED. If any product problems occurred during warranty, we take responsibility to send you replacements immediately.
