Instructions:
1. Modules Positioning (Vertical and Horizontal)
-- First position the module with double sided tape onto the back of board, then fix with Silicon glue.2. Installation
-- Silicon glue directly fixing modules, but before installation, cleaning or polishing module surface.
-- Screw mounting the modules on the board.

Q1:Can I have samples to test?
A1:Yes,we are pleased to supply samples to test and check quality,free samples within 10 pcs,
buyer pay for shipping cost.
Q2:What is the Warranty for the modules?
A2:For the modules,we have 3 years warranty for epistar/sanan LED,5 years warranty for Cree/Osram LED.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period,we will take on
the shipping cost and replacement.
Q3 What is the advantage of constant current drivering?
A3:Constant current drivering ensuring full string in same brightness and stably working,can
greatly reduce the fluctuating power efficiency and maintain longer lifespan of LEDs.
Q4:Can you also supply the power supply for the modules?
A4:It is avaliable.Please take care that power supply should be 20%~30% more than
the exact LEDs power,and wires should be a little bigger than the current which is needed.
Q5:What is the max quantity for one string?
A5:Max 20pcs in one string, better not more than this as it will cause lower brightness or danger.
If need over 20pcs modules, suggesting connection first in series then parallels.
Q6:Will your led modules have dimmable function?
A6:This type of led modules are not for dimmable function.
Please contact us for further discussion if you need dimmable ones.
Q7:Can I use the modules in outdoor or directly opening conditions?
A7:Modules’ IP rate is IP65,are only used for lights box,advertising signs,channel letters
which have cover to protect modules.Suggest not used in outdoor or directly opening conditions.
Q8:Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A8:Yes,it is avaliable.
Q9:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A9:For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q10:Can we get support if we have our own market position?
