Production process:
BOGU Split tile also known as terracotta exterior wall tile, clinker tile and brick face panels.
1:Specially select clay with high concentration of shale
2:Through different mixtures of the raw ingredients, many varied color nuances can be achieved.
3:For the production of masonry units--clay and water are mixed and formed industrially in a string extrusion process.
4:Then tiles are fired at temperatures between 1200°C and 1300°C in a roller kiln,
the pores of the clay property are closed during 7 hours sinter process.
