We fill some metal ball in the gloves to make heavier, in order to help our exercises.

We use neoprene material to make it. We fill meral ball inside to make heavier, in order to help our exercises.

 

The gloves allows users to increase weight in strength training. In addition to traditional upper and lower body strengthening exercises, the gloves can be used to enhance balance training or stabilization exercises.

 

It is also used with running machine. It is very helpful.
