After the machine arrives at the customer's site, the customer can require us to send our technical for installation and training in his own factory. And this service costs 100 USD per day besides the air tickets, accommodation of the technical.

1. What do I need to do to know the most suitable machine for me?
First of all, you can have a look on the machines that we demonstrate in the online shop in . And according to your requirement, choose a machine which is suitable for the capacity of your factory, the production speed, the size and the form of the bottles, the factory dimension etc.

Once you are in touch with one of our sales, you should tell them more details and requirement as you can in your own language, details just like producing capacity, bottle and factory information, liquid for filling, packing form etc. for that our sales can help you to make a most correct decision.
2. What is the procedure in buying a machine in Mic Machinery?
The first step is to decide with our sales’ help the most suitable machine for you.
Then we have to discuss and agree in the payment form and other important details like delivery time, technical support, after sale service, etc.
Normally the payment in advance is between 30% and 40% of the total amount of the machine. After receiving the deposit, we arrange immediately for manufacturing the machine that you ordered. Once finishing the machine production and is about to be shipped, we will notice you and in that moment you should pay the rest of the value.
Of course, you are welcome to visit our factory and supervise the machine production process whenever you want. We also will realize a strict quality control on our machines.
3. Can I ask for an instruction in my own language?
We can translate the instruction from Chinese into English, Spanish, Russian and French without any charge only if you have required in advance. We also can help you to get instruction in other languages that you need by having some translation company to do it. In that case, you may have to pay the translation to the translation company but we don’t charge any fee for that help.
4. Can Mic Machinery send me some technical support after the purchase?
We can send our professional technical personal to your factory site for installation and training to your employees. In that case, we only charge $ 100 USD per day per technical, and you also need to pay his air tickets and accommodation when he’s working inside your factory.
We also can send you our sales as translator if you need. The sales will translate for you in site totally free. And you only have to pay his transportation and accommodation.
5. If I need a whole beverage production line, is Mic Machinery able to help me to combine it?
We are totally capable to help you to combine a whole beverage production and give you professional advises. From the filling, capping, packing to the palletizing, we can set a whole line as you require and the main parts will be manufactured by our factory, and the other supporting equipment will be supplied by our cooperating factories.
6. What should I do when there is some fault in the machine?
We will attach an instruction about how to use and maintain the machine. And in case that we send you a technical persona, he also will train your employees for making good advantage of the machine.
If there is some fault in the machine, you can first correct and regulate it according to the instruction. If the problem is too difficult to be solved by yourself, you can contact us and we will consult it to our technical and will give you a reply within 24 hours.
If there are some parts broken o damaged, during the guarantee time, we will send you the spare parts or components for free. And in case that the guarantee is expired, we sell you these parts at a cost price.
