1.Except the motor and the seal equipments, the entire system is all of hot dip galvanizing process, including tanks, fence, walkways, ladders and flow components, etc. The thickness of zinc layer is above 85μm. Finishing coat is polyurethane marine anti-corrosion paint. And galvanizing process is used in all outlet fitting of the system.
2. This solids control system is for the third largest oil company in China (China National Offshore Oil Equipment Corporation Branch).
3. The project consists of 12×2.8×2.5m cans, BWJBQ15kw mud agitator 9 units, BWCBC1200 Cutting Mixing cement tank 3 sets, electrical control systems 3sets. The manufacturing process and implementation of standards of products are in full compliance with the needs of offshore drilling technology.
4. The production of three systems lasted 50 days and was completed successfully through on-site supervision of installation, commissioning and operation.
