Product introduction:
This filling machine can be divided into automatic bottles feeding, automatic filling, automatic cap dropping, automatic capping etc.
The principle of running:
Put the bottles into the feeding conveyor, let them enter the filling machine in order
The exam sensor starts to exam if there is bottle on this station. Then deliver the exam signal to the inner control system, to control no bottle, no filling
If the sensor exams there are bottles, then the filling machine starts to fill.
The bottles after filling enter into the automatic caps dropping station through the rotary table.
The bottles after dropping caps enter into automatic capping station.
At last, the bottles after capping will be sent into the output conveyor.

Installation/ Training:
The installation can be provided by the MIC company. It must be after shipment and machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with MIC company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, accommodation, air tickets (round trip). Day charges include travel days.
Special offer, we not only send technician to install, but also send your contactor to help install, and training, no daily payment, just air tickets, food, accommodation.
