Installation and usage:
1. At first, confirm the proportion between the air and the flammable gas. Then fixup the alarming at the suitable position which is within 1.5M distance to the semi diameter of air headstream:
A. Gas is lighter than the air and float in the higher position
B. Natural gas is lighter than the air and float in the higher position
C. LPG / liquefied petroleum gas is heavier than air and sediment in the lower position.
2. After put through the power, the alarm “tick” one, at the same time the power lamp light and the function lamp is green and flash. After about 2 minutes , the green lamp crush out which indicate it is watching. When it induces the gas leakage, it will make “tick, tick” alarming, Meanwhile the function flash with red light. It will get right when the warn is eliminated
Very important notes: Wireless gas sensor with 2 indicators in total:
One is for power, it keep solid green as soon as you connect the power
The other is for showing status. this indicator can tell you the real status for gas sensor, totally 3, let me explains you:
1) Flash yellow slowly: Normally as soon as you connect power, this status indicator will keep flashing yellow for around 2 minutes, it is our fixed software use those 2 minutes to let gas sensor turn to steady working status to avoid false alarm, please don't do anything during those 2 minutes,
2) Turn off: Normally, 2 minutes later after you connect power, this status indicator will turn off directly, it means it already under steady working status. then, you can begin to trigger to let it successfully programmed to alarm host panel.
3) Flash red quickly: When it detect any gas during steady working status, it will flash quickly red
So, if you need to program gas sensor to alarm host panel, so, please remember to wait that 2 minutes after connecting power, only when it turn to steady working status ( Status indicator turn off as i mentioned in above point "2"), then you can begin to release gas by lighter for totally two separated times.
Cautions:
1. Not be installed outdoor.
2. Not fixup to the vent, ventilator and door, etc.
3. Not be installed the place which is beyond -10 to 50 degree Celsius
4. Not be installed the moisture place such as more water or more water vapor
5. Don’t install it to the position that have something separate the alarm and the ventilation Equipment, such as air conditioning.
6. Not installed it to the position that slather the fixature, pesticide or oil paint adhesive alcohol thinner and etc to prevent to affect the function of the sensor organ
7. If there have some trouble, please don’t knock down and repair the alarm by yourself but notice the supplier to repair it.
Disposal after alarming:
When the density of the gas in the air gets to or exceeds the alarm set density, the alarm will go off and keep continuous alarming, what you should do is as below:
1. Shut off the gas bolt immediately
2. Open the window immediately to ventilate
3. Crush out all fire sources and anything which may create sparks (such as lighter, match and so on)
4. Prevent to turn on or turn off any electric equipment.
5. Check the leakage reason and notify the relevant department and the profession staff.
