Introduction
Nylon Selector is an ideal air separation equipment.It is used for separating fluff fiber mixed in rubber granule or rubber powder to improve the purity of the rubber powder and quality of reclaimed rubber. It mainly includes motor, feeding pipe, big impeller, wind plate, disperse plate, adjusting plate, upper cylinder, lower cone and machine frame,etc.
Characteristic
1. According to the raw material and the different amount of fiber containing ,in the non-stop air conditioning, adjust the wind deflector rising air volume and the tilt angle of the big impeller, so as to obtain purified rubber powder and rubber granule.Easy to adjust and reasonable structure.
2. The machine works in low speed, adopting circulating air, no friction, durable, high efficiency and low energy consumption;
3. Select fine wool fiber more than 97%, high separating accuracy;
4. The whole machine is sealed with negative air pressure inside, no air pollution and low noise.
