Welding positioner is mainly composed of worktable revolving unit and tilting unit. With worktable lifting, tilting and revolving, the workpiece fixed on the worktable can be placed to ideal position for welding and assembly.
The welding positioner series can divide into side tilting type , head to tail rotary type, head& tailstock lifting rotary type, head& tailstock tilting type, double rotary type positioner. The positioner can work with welding column& boom to realize the automatic special purpose welding center. As robot peripherals, it can also work with robot to realize automatic welding . We can design and customize the positioners according the customers’ workpiece and welding procedure.
1. Universal Welding Positioner
1.1 Feature
1. Welding positioner is mainly composed of worktable revolving unit and tilting unit and electric control system .
2. It has powered tilting and revolves, making the work-piece at ideal position .
3. Worktable rotation is controlled by step-less frequency conversion to achieve a best welding speed .
4. Revolve unit is driven by motor. It has a precise speed-adjusting and reliable position.
5. Remote control box can realize the remote operation of work bench, also can connect with operating machines to realize linkage operation.
6. Set aside interface to realize linkage work with manipulator and hanging automatic welding machine achieve automatic welding center .
7. Used to pressure vessel, metallurgy, electrical power, chemical industry, mechanical and metal structure .

2. Double Column Positioner
2.1 Feature
1. Mainly used for work piece which is big and with irregular shape.
2. With function of ±90°tilting. The tilting speed could be fixed speed or adjustable.
3. With function of lifting. Lifting stoke depends on customers’ requirement.
4. With function of 360°rotating. The tilting speed could be fixed speed or adjustable.
5. With function of tilting self-lock.

Free installation and commissioning for foreign customers can be provided; board and lodging costs are on the foreign customer.
