This instrument fits to test the hardness of the normal vulcanized rubber.Application:
This instrument fits to test the hardness of the normal vulcanized rubber and the same kind of thin specimen which thickness more than 1.5mm, and the rubbers which hardness between Shore-A 20HA and 90HA.
The thickness of rubber specimen at least 1.5mm, if less than 1.5mm and not more than 3 layers and each layer not less than 0.5mm smoothly and parallel superimposed. The superimposed testing result might not be the same as the single testing ones.
It meets the standard of our mainland standard of GB/T 531.1-2008 Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber Pressure Hardness Testing Method Chapter One The Shore Hardness Testing Method. It equals to the international standard ISO7619-1-2004
