How do we cooperate to build biogas plant ?
Part One: We need the data of raw material from your side.
1. What’s kind of raw material to be treated by biogas plant?

2. How much waste per day?
Please inform us the quantity of the waste per day. We could help you figure out the gas production from the waste per day. And then we suggest the volume of the digester tank.
For example, you could inform us the quantity of the pigs in your pigsty.
We suppsoe there are 500 sow pigs.
Daily Feces of the sow pigs is 3Kg per day. So, 500×3= 1500Kg pig manure per day.
22.23Kg pig manure produce 1 m³ biogas. 1500Kg÷22.23= 67.5m³ biogas.
We would prefer suggest the 150m³ biogas plant for this solution on the condition of 25~30 degrees Celsius.
Part Two: What is the usage of biogas for your project?

For Generating eletricity, 1m³ biogas produce 1.5KWH eletricity.
500 sow pigs can produce 67.5m³ biogas per day that is produced 101.25KWH eletricity per day. It able to run the 10KW biogas generator for 10 hours per day.

Part Four: We guide you to build the biogas plant.
Buyer is responsible for the civil engineering, installation while supplier will be in charge of design, guidance,purchasing equipment and technology service.
According to your own situation, we support the civil engineering drawing of your biogas plant to you when you confirm the order to us. If you are asking for us, we could send the technical personnel to your construction plant at site for the installation guidance. During the service stage, buyer will be responsible for the boarding fee, transportation fee for the technician.

The Firstly.
The red mud membrane digester bag. It is made of the Red Mud reinforced Membrane. The life span can be more than 8 years. It is very simple and popular and suitable for small size household digester. It mainly treat the human waste and animal waste. We have several size of the digester bag. Such as 6,8,10,20,30,40,50 ,100M³. And it could be custom-made according to your request.
Red mud reinforced Membrane used by the fabric and the coating of two parts. Fabric mainly uses high-strength industrial polyester mesh folder and glass fiber materials; coating materials are mainly PVC and Teflon. Polyester cover membrane is used polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene coated glass fiber PTFE (Teflon). For containing red mud ingredients, made into main characteristics of the material pull good elasticity, anti-aging, good folding properties. To increase its performance, can be coated on the surface of Teflon coating to improve its anti-aging and self-cleaning ability, its life can reach 15 years.

The Secondly.
The Sunrise red mud membrane floating digester. It is new type digester in China since 2006 year. It is very popular for the pig farms and cow farms now, because of the construction and operation and maintain is very simple. For the large size biogas project, we suggest the 100m3 digester tank as one unit and then combine several 100m3 units as a groud to increase the volume of the digester. We have several size of the floating digester. Such as 20,30,40,50,100M³. And it could be custom-made according to your request.

The Thirdly.
The Chinese fixed dome hydraulic biogas plant. It had been popularize by Chinese goverment since 1970S. But it was mainly used the bricks to build the digester tank. The gas sealing and water sealing of the digester tank is not good. Now, we sunrise build the concrete digester tank with the steel mould. And the steel mould is reusable so that you could build hundreds of digester tank with the mould. We have several size of the mould. Such as 6,8,10,20,50,100 M³ steel mould.
The steel mould is applied to construct the concrete digester tank of the Chinese hydraulic fixed dome biogas plant. The assembly is very convenient, and the structure of the mould is firm. It is only one day to build the 10m3 Chinese hydraulicfixed dome biogas plant with the steel mould.
