The machine is designed for producing various of open-wide plastic containers , such as food trays , plastic trays , cosmetic trays , blister , clamshells , plates and other plastic related items .

06.Upper Heater,Four Section Heating.
07.Full computer intelligent temperature control system,automatic compensation control,individual heater control with human-machine interface digital input.Its advantage such as high fine-turning precision,temperature evenness,fast heating(Only 3 minutes from 0-400 degree),stable(the temperature won’t be affected by external voltage,and the temperature fluctuation won’t be exceed over 1 degree),lower energy consumption,long service life,etc…
