1. For failure or damage occurring during the warranty period, the device under normal conditions of use. We are responsible for the repair or replacement.
2. We supply the service sending professionals installation and commissioning on customer site if customer need. The cost need to be discussed.
3. We supply the service training operators online or in our plant ( transportation and accommodation costs not included).
4. After the warranty, we only charge the damage components cost and freight cost, if need service on customer site, customer pay for the transportation and accommodation costs.
5. Fast response will be in 12 hours once receive customers' complain.
