working principle
An ultrasonic cleaner, often colloquially referred to as a sonicator. Its principle is mainly transducer. The transducers which are in the cleaner tank transfer the electricity into vibration. The doubled the convert mechanical vibration, through the cleaning trough of tank wall will be the radiation to cleanout liquid, then form a phenomenon called cavitation --generating millions of gas bubbles. When the sound pressure or sound intensity by stress to a certain degree, bubbles will swell, and then suddenly closed.
