Principles of ultrasonic
An ultrasonic cleaner ,often colloquially referred to as a sonicator ,is a cleaning device that uses ultrasound (usually from 20 to
400KHZ) and an appropriate cleaning solution to clean delicate items.transducer which are in the cleaner tank transfer the electricity
into vibration ,then form a phenomenon called cavitation -generating millions of gas bubbles to assure every corner of the cleaning
parts can be cleaned very well .High cleaness and comprehensive cleaning are most greatest strength than normal cleaning
machine .
They are often employed for cleaning of jewelry ,lenses and other optical parts ,coins ,watches ,dental and surgical instruments ,
fountain pens ,industrial parts ,auto-maintenance and electronic equipment .In a word ,ultrasonic cleaners has wide application
and excellent cleaning effect.

Ultrasonic cleaning machine are widely applied in electronics, machinery, automobile, electroplating, chemical fiber,
optical, bearing, etc. Such as cleaning circuit boards, magnetic core, cherries, automobile spare parts, electroplating hardware
tools, chemical fiber spinneret, optical lens, Bearing, tools, tableware, medical equipment, precision hardware, watch &clock parts,
gold and silver jewelry, electronic components, etc.
Working Principle:
1.After the tray with bottles is pushed into bottle overturning hopper, overturning tray cylinder will work after pressing the button
to deliver the tray to ultrasonic generator water tank (make use of cavitating function of ultrasonic).
2.At the same time lower spraying pin plate cylinder will start to work to drive the spraying pin into bottles that have been cleaned
(that are cleaned last time), three-water three-steam cleaning will be carried out after signal is received by magnetic switch in front
of turning cylinder.
3.After being finished, overturning cylinder and lower spraying pin plate will restore, pushing cylinder will push the tray onto bottle
outlet tray after magnetic switch at the end of overturning cylinder catches the signal.
4.At the same time, pushing tray will restore itself after receiving the signal from magnetic switch at front of pushing cylinder.
5.hen the whole process will be over after the oriented cylinder draws back.
