The principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine
An Ultrasonic cleaner, often colloquially referred to as a sonicator, is a cleaning device that uses ultrasound (usually from 20-400KHZ) and an appropriate cleaning solution to clean delicate items.
Transducers which are in the cleaner tank transfer the electricity into vibration, then form a phenomenon called cavitation—generating millions of gas bubbles to assure every corner of the cleaning parts can be cleaned very well. High cleanliness and comprehensive cleaning are the greatest strengths than normal cleaning machine.
