2. OEM logo is available;
3. Lead time is 2-5 days after full payment confirmed, which depends on whether you need OEM service
or not;
4. Extra sample costs will be refunded to you when mass order.
OEM & ODM policy
OEM
1. For metal material models, only one-color laser engraved logo and 50pcs order quantities is
accepted;
2. For plastic material model, multi-color silk print but MOQ should be 1000pcs is accepted;
3. OEM packaging box, MOQ should be 1000pcs, or you can pay the cost of 1000pcs OEM boxes,
we will keep it as stock and return this money to you when the whole 1000pcs are shipped out;
ODM (new shape, new features)
1. Firstly you choose the shape and confirm the customized features with us;
2. We will finish the ID drawing for your confirm first;
3. If ID is accepted, we will go for the interior structure drawing;
4. Then it's the hand-made sample phase, one option is only the hand-made sample for appearance confirm, another option is appearance combined with functional hand-made sample;
5. Once the hand-made sample is approved, then we can begin the tooling sample;
6. Once the tooling sample is confirmed, then this sample will be considered as Golden sample for mass production.
After-sales service
1. 1 year international warranty is guaranteed;
2. When you received the speaker, if it's defined as quality problem, please send it back and we will replace
it for a good quality one of free charge;
3. When your speaker is manually damaged, if it's still under warranty guaranteed, please also send it back
we will help to fix the speakers, fixing and shipping costs will be taken care by your side.
