2. We have the professional engineer department to work on your case, talk about the possibility of the provided features;
3. For several times negotiation, we settle down the features to go;
4. Then we will draw up a ID drawing for your check of outside appearance and features once more;
5. Once confirmed, it's the phase of hand made sample;
6. Hand made sample is for your check of outside appearance, functionality performance;
7. The hand made sample is confirmed, then we will start the tooling sample;
8. Tooling sample is used as Golden Sample for mass production once it's confirmed.

1. Why does my speaker not sound so good for its first use? It gets trembling sound and jump.
Please check if you already peel off the mask on the bottom silicon gel pad, this mask will cause the problem you’ve described.
Also please make sure the surface you put the speaker is flat, smooth, and please control your music volume at a reasonable range.
2. Why does my Bluetooth speaker not work well? The Bluetooth signal seems very insensitive.
Please make sure the battery is with enough power capacity, if the Bluetooth green light becomes dime, you should have it fully charged for proper function,
3.Why does the suction cup keeps falling? This could be very dangerous to damage the speaker, and other things.
To solve this problem, firstly please make sure the mask on the suction cup bottom is already peeled off before use.
Then the surface should be dry, flat, and smooth.
What’s most important is that please not use the suction cup to work with the heavy vibration speaker, like S7, KingKong, etc.
4. How can I get samples?
Samples to try the market before big order is suggested, samples are charged at different prices and this extra costs will be refunded to you when big orders.
Also small trial order is welcomed.
Different models and different colors can be mixed.
