2014 advanced Self-propelled corn silage forage machine
1. The design of four small disc headers feeds all the crops uniformly into drum, which cuts the straws into small flakes, not only cutting off the straw cuticle, but also retaining the nutrients.
2. Cutting knife is selected European high-quality nickel tungsten-carbide coating cutter with strong durability.
3. The front harvester header and feeding structure adopt the international advanced hydrostatic transmission. With a simple structure and a reliable and stable performance, they can be stepless adjusted the length of cutting and achieve reversal -taking.
4. They are equipped with YTO inline 6-cylinder with 240 hp turbo engine, efficient and high-powered.
5. The new cab with 270 degree wide field of vision and simple operating system makes it easy to drive.
6. Equipment with storage containers of forage makes forages recycle and harvest more convenient.
7. Big track and short wheelbase make it convenient and flexible to bend and turn.
You can choose standard chopper, bio gas raw material chopper or super bio gas raw material chopper according to the stem crops type to be cut. With top cutting quality and continuous material flow, it saves the receiving tractor’s power. The harvester can still fast advance even the crops are very short.
The biggest advantage of 4QZ-3000 Forage Harvester is making material flow continuously and efficiently, and assuring the best width and production, so as to gain higher yields at lower power.
