A: acrylic, leather, wood, rubber, plastic, cardboard etc non-metal materials.

Q: What depth can your machine cut MAX ?

A: it mainly depends on the material and the laser power, for example, 60w power can cut 12mm acrylic max. for the different material, please check with our sales.

Q: Does your machine run from a laptop or Desktop PC ?
A: both are OK, as long as your operation system is window 2000/XP/vista/win7 

Q: Can your machine work in Coreldraw/AutoCAD ?
A: Yes, our laser machine can work in CorelDraw and AutoCAD directly.
and it connects with computer by a USB cable, besides support DSP offline control by U-disk.

Q: What files is the software compatible with ?
A: JPG,PNG,BMP, PLT, DST, DXF,CDR,AI,DSB,GIF,MNG,TIF,TGA,

Q: What's the difference between the laser tubes ?
A: usually, the power of the tube is decided by two parameters:
1) the length of the tube, the longer the tube is, the more powerful.
2) the diameter of the tube,the bigger the tube is, the more powerful.
