Description of Functions :
1. The charge controller protects the battery from being overcharged by the solar array and from being deep discharged by the Loads. The charging characteristics include several stages which include automatic adaptation to the ambient temperature.
2. The charge controller adjusts itself automatically to 12V or 24Vand 48V or 96V system voltage. 3. The charge controller has a number of safety and LED & LCD display functions.

Mounting and Connecting :
The controller is intended for indoor use only. Protect it from direct sunlight and place it in a dry environment. Never install it in humid rooms (like bathrooms). The Controller measures the ambient temperature to determine the charging voltage. Controller and battery must be installed in the same room. The controller warms up during operation, and should therefore be installed on a non flamm.
Introduction of Using:
The solar power controller is the important part in the solar power system. The charging, discharging and loading work of the system will be automatically controlled and protected by it. Its performance will have a direct influence on the system reliability, especially the battery service life. Over-charing or over-discharge will harm the battery and even have a deadly damage. The solar power controller will provide a comprehensive protection on the battery, which makes the battery work longer and more reliable.
The solar power controller can be widely applied to the solar power system of street lights,a pasturing area and the island etc. It can also be applied to the solar power system of the mobile communication base station, microwave station and traffic etc.
MPPT principle:
The maximum power point is mainly affected by the ambient temperature and the intensity of sunshine. The intensity of sunshine being constant, the maximum output power decreases with the rise of the temperature. The temperature being constant, when the sunshine intensifies, the open circuit voltage of PV battery basically keeps unchanged. But the short circuit current increases substantially, thus the maximum output power increases substantially.
This MRWS-MPPT solar controller can intelligently regulate the working voltage of solar panels, letting the solar panels always work at Maximum Power Point of V-A curve. Compared with ordinary solar controller, this MPPT controller can increase the efficiency of PV modules by about 30%.
However, due to many different factors, such as the difference in solar panel making, the change the Sun illuminance, change in temperature, the efficiency of the controller etc, the actually available increased rate is 10%-30%
