Steel Cylinder Sand Blasting Burnish Machine
This series equipment mainly used for blasting and cleaning various steel pipe. Not only can remove the workpiece surface
inner and outer scale or rust, clean the greasy dirt and other impurity, but also eliminate the workpiece stress, improve
resistance fatigue height by shot blast cleaning, to regulation roughness height and hardness, finally improve whole
workpiece surface and inner quality.
Advantages: compact structure, the use of mature, area small, simple operation, high production efficiency.
It is widely applied in the industries, such as petroleum & chemical, steel, city centralized heating, centralized drainage, etc.
1. The impeller head is composed of blast wheel, the structure is simple and durable.
2. BE type segregator is very efficient and it can protect blast wheel.
3. The bag dust filter can greatly reduce air pollution and improve the work environment.
4. Abrasion resistant rubber belt lighten the collision of work pieces, and lower the noise.
5. This machine is controlled by PLC, the operation is easy and reliable.
