Use:
This series equipment s mainly used sand mixed resin system and silicate sand.
Features:
Agglomerant system adopt electric variable diaphragm pump,light weight,compact size,the flow is stable and reliable.
Sand mixed system of uniform,effectively ensure the shape(core system)quality.
Sand short time,without a head,tail sand,down the back of clean material.
Wide-open cage-type wall of sand up for leaf clean-up or adjustment,to facilitate the operation and maintenance.
Mixer entrance need to be configured ccording to the production of the proportion of old and new sand regulator,accurate control of the old and the new volume of sand and the proportion of sand,sand transfer process can be a good proportion of pre-selection an change.
