Rotor type sand mixer main features
Compared with the rolling wheel sand mixer, rotor type sand mixing machine has the following features:
1, rotor type sand mixer because no rolling wheel, and turn scraper and words work best buried in the sand, so the sand mixer
sand layer on the bottom plate can increase highly, so a plus shoes than rolling wheel sand mixer. 2, rotor type sand mixing
machine has simple structure, light weight, easy to install, the basic requirement is lower than rolling wheel sand mixing
machine.
3, rolling wheel sand mixer in sand tend to move type "press cake" phenomenon, rotor type sand mixing machine mixing sand
loose powder agglomeration, high permeability rate, wet strength, generally without loose sand directly used for modelling.
4, the rotor type sand mixing machine parts, easy disassembly, machine maintenance space is large, so cleaning maintenance
