Descrition:
1.Different type of rotors can satisfy the mixing technical requirement.
2.Rotor chamber,discharge door and ram are circulation-cooled with TCU, it can guarantee the quality of mixed rubber compound.
3.Touch surface of rotor,chamber,discharge door,ram and others contacting with mixing rubber is plated with chrome or wear-resistant hard metal.
4.Hydraulic type sealing structure guarantees the closed grain of the adhesive materials.
5.Upper ram is hydraulic or pneumatic pressure type, which can control the press continuously.
6.The floating weight is falling type, driven by gear and hydraulic oil tank with good sealing performance.
7.Various driving system matches the customers’ requirement.
8.Control system is adopted with PLC system.

Operating procedures
1. The machine operator must go through security education and technical training, familiar with the equipment operating procedures of rear can mount guard;
2. Before the computer, the operating personnel should wear good labor protection supplies;
3. Must be checked before starting the interfere with equipment operation stuff around, clean up the machine;
4. Keep the workplace clean and tidy around the machine, the roads, open the ventilation equipment (suction fan), maintain workshop air circulation;
5. Open the water supply, gas supply, drainage valve, check the water table, water table, hydraulic table is normal;
6. Boot commissioning, found that when there is abnormal sound or other malfunction should be shut down immediately;
7. Check the door material, on the roof bolt, hopper whether can normal open it;
8. Whenever possible, anchored on the top, must be on the top switch control knob to the up position;
9. In the process of mastication and found card phenomenon, with the lifter rod or other tools, banned direct pay material on hand;
10. Roof bolt must be raised before shutdown, reset the hopper going back. Shut the door material, to stop without electricity;
11. After work, close all power, water, air, oil source.
Advantages:
1.Maximum Dispersion & High Production
Double blades with special spiral angle, proper clearance & high cooling effect gives excellent dispersion which can not be obtained from an open mill. Its production is 4 to 5 times more than an ordinary mixing mill thus saving on labor and electricity.
2.Super sealing,no powder leakages.
Both sides of the rotor blades are injected welding a iron alloy ring, which assures sealing and protects the blades from abrasion.Imported bakelite sealing ring,which make super sealing.The chamber around are designed with groove,then embeded with rubber stip,this make sure the whole mixing chamber is well sealed.
3.No Foundation Requirement
The Kneader has a common bed plate for all parts and not require foundation.
4.Easy Cleaning & Colour Change
Mixing chamber can be tilted down for 140degree, which enables easy cleaning, because of this, different coloured compounds can be made without trouble.
5.Easy Operation
Easy operation with Push-buttons and hand lever valves from the operation board.
6.Short Mixing Time
Mixing time ranges from 6 to 12 minutes depending on compound's specific gravity.
