Bending machine
1. The machine has an overall welding machining structure.
2. The closed-loop control mode comprised of a German-made electro-hydraulic servo valve and an imported grating scale ensures high precision of sliding position feedback, accurate and smooth operation, high synchronous performance, high bending precision and high repeated positioning precision of the sliding block.
3. The rear stopper may be a rear stopping mechanism with multiple stopping shafts and more complete functions.
4. The hydraulic system which is an integrated control system reduces the installation of pipes, overcomes oil leakage, and guarantees the working stability and simple and elegant appearance of the machine tool.
5. The hydraulic flexibility automatic compensating mechanism eliminates the influences of the deformation of the sliding block on the workpiece, and the CNC system automatically regulates the compensation dosage.
6. The digital control system is a Holland DELEM, Italy ESA or Switzerland CYBELEC control system for hydraulic servo bending machines.
Shearing machine
QC12K series cnc controlled hydraulic shearing machine is the newest generation of our products. this series machine has a beautiful outline and the operation is covenient and simple. the machine has a hydraulic power system and the construction is completely welded with steel plates, so the machine has high intensity and rigidity.

Punching machine
The body of J23series press is made of high-strength cast iron. The slipper usee V-type guide rail and turnkey rigid clutch. There is a crushing-type protector mounted on the slipper,which may protect the whole machine as it overloads. Operation of electrical equipment is controlled by button or footswitch. The electrical equipment may carry out single and continous operation. The machine may be altered to pneumatic operation according to needs of clients.Body of the machine may be inclined to certain angle to let the workplace slide down by its deadweight at the back of the machine. The machine has the advantages of high versatility,reliable performance and easy operation.
