Product Decscription
FD series compressed air puring surface dus extractor realizes automatic and continuous cleaning by compressed air,stable pressure diference gives the machine safe running condition.Compared to FS series dust collector,its cost is lower,cleaning pulse is controlled by electric or pneumatic.Cleaning time and interval can be add justed.
Structure
The shell of filter is welded by using steel plates.A good sealing door ensures the dust air come into purigying cabinet.The filter is composed of tilter bags and tenisioning bracket.It is very convemient to replace bags by opening the front door. Entire grinding dust collecting system mainly includes dust cover, dusty gas conveying pipelines, pulse cleaning bag-type dust collector, fan, clean gas piping and other components.

Working Principle
The dust cover collect dusty gas, then deliver gas into pulse back flowing bag-type dust collector by pipes, after filtration, the main fan will discharge the clean air to the atmosphere. FD series dust collector adopts pulse cleaning, outer filtering type, online mode (while discharging the clean air, starting the ash removal system at the same time, using high pressure, high speed airflow blowing to make dust cake fall into ash hopper) to improve the work efficiency. Dust bags with large filtration area ensure less land occupation. Simple maintenance, bag filters can be removed directly after opening the side maintenance door.
