This machine is mainly composed of shot blasting machine,cleaning room,elevator, screw conveyor, separation system, dust removing system, electrical system and other parts.
Part 1.Cleaning room
High-carbon chromium wearing-resistant plate/Long lifetime.
The material of our cleaning room wearing-resistant plate is high-carbon chromium owning long lifetime,also the room has good sealing with good security and efficiency.

Part 2. Impeller head
High-carbon chromium/Good sealing,strength,operation and stablity/Economical
SKF Bearing/Siemens Motor.
Our impeller head is made with high-carbon chromium owing best structure and intensity,and designed by experienced engineers.And it gets good sealing,which guarantees good operation and stablity.The bearing materail is high-carbon chromium bearing steel,so the bearing has good strength and long lifetime reducing customer's cost.
Part 3.Elevator
Stable operation/High-efficiency.
Using flat drive belt bucket elevator,centrifugal gravity blanking.Its function is to take used shot mixturing with dust from the bottom of the screw conveyor to the top of the cleaning machine separator,The elevatoring cover adopts bending forming welding structure,good appearance,good rigidity.
Part 4.Belt
Long service life/Uniform thickness/Stable operation.
The cover glue adopts high-strentgh wear-resisting rubber formula,long service life,with uniform thickness,surface is smooth,
