PU air brake hoseand 7-core cable spiral-shaped wire with nylon hose as outer protection are the ideal manner of electric circuits connection and air powered pipeline between semitrailers mainframe and trailer. It has advantages of smooth inner wall, quick response, low pressure loss, excellent extensibility and restorability.
The tough nature of nylon together with retractility of spiral design makes the hose impossible to damage. So it has much longer service life than the other connection manners. If quick restorability is required, it shouldnt be elongated half past the original length. It also possesses excellent capability of pressure resistance, minimum bursting pressure is 9Kg/cm2. When allowed safety
factor is 4:1, and temperature is 50, the suggested working pressure can be 9Kg/cm2. nylon coil hose
Hose Connection:
Connection nut M18×1.5 or convex fitting body ZG1/2" and M22×1.5
Seven core cable spiral wire has 24N.12N connectors.
Electric Wire: 6×1mm2+1×1.5mm2; 6×0.75mm2+1mm2; 5×0.75mm2+1×1.5mm2.
Use:

Mainly used in automobile industry, engineering machinery, high-pressure transportation of hoisting conveying and hydraulic transmission. This product is oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance, which can stand high pressure and has high pulse strength, it can be used as dedicated hose for high-pressure spraying-paint and high-pressure washer.
