3NB1300 Mud Pump is a horizontal triplex single acting reciprocating pump. It features reasonable structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance. It can meet the requirement for 2500--3500 meters drilling with high-pressure jet drilling method. 3NB1300 Pump is manufactured according to Oil Industry Standard SY5138.
• Air pressure tank and shear pin type relief valve are separately connected on two sides of
outlet pipes in order to decrease the pressure fluctuations and prevent super-high pressure
on the outlet side.
• Splashing oil and pumping oil provide good lubrication for the mechanical transmission part,
gears, bearings, crosshead and others.
• Centrifugal spray pump provide lubricant to clear, lubricate and cool the sleeves and pistons
of pump body.
• Special tools are provided for repairing and maintenance.
