Usage of Cycle tyre building machine(Tyre Building Machine,Tyre Machine):
This machine is widely used for type shaping both at home and abroad. It is mainly used to shape the external type of motorcycle, vacuum external tire of motorcycle and forming of wired-edged external tire of bicycle .It combines cord fabric pasting, steel wire mounting, cord fabric wrapping and type surface gluing together and therefore enjoys high automation. Being easy to operate, this equipment is an advanced shaping facility in the country.
Structure:
The machine is comprised of the shaping drum, cord fabric pasting system, steel wire mounting device, ultra red cord fabric & type surface positing system, pressing structure, cord fabric & type surface after-treatment equipment, feeding and coat fabric reeling structures.
