INTRODUCTION OF uncured tire recycling machine
Waste tire--cutting circle--cutting strip--cutting dice--crushing filtering -- magnetic separating filtering--finished products--rubber powder/steel wire/nylon.

Ring cutter Use: The machine is to cut the whole tire into tread, sidewall and bead. Principle: firstly, putting the tire on the rotary table, fixing the tire bead by locking mechanism, secondly, starting the machine, thirdly, moving the beam that can make the blade to the cutting point, descending the blade close to the tire, starting cutting. |

Strips cutter Use: The machine is to cut the crown and sidewall of tire into rubber strips and bead is left. Principle: the transmission way of the machine is enclosed reducer, reducer and motor making the machine operated, the two blades revolving in different direction cut the crown and sidewall into strips rubber. |

Rim cutter Use: The machine is used to cut the rubber strips into(< 5 cm³) rubber blocks. Principle: the transmission way of the machine is belt, the belt and motor making the machine operate. The cutting process is formed by the two rotary blades and one fixed blade. |

Steel wire separator Use: The machine is used to separate the whole steel circles of bead wire from the rubber outside. Principle: putting the bead wire into the clearance of the two rollers, feeding it from the bottom, the whole steels and rubber outside can be separated by the two rollers working in different direction. |

Crusher and magnetic units Use: The machine is used to make rubber blocks(<5cm)into rubber powder (0.6mm-3mm) and the steels have been separated. |
