A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: In general, the lead time will be 2-3 days. We will inform you if we have to purchase from manufacturer.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for products order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is acceptable.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Aramex or EMS. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Air cargo and sea shipping are aslo optional. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are responsibility of the shipping service.

A: Firstly, our products are all original and new from manufacturer. It must be work if the model number is correct.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, if the items you purchased from our store are out of perfected quality, pls notify us within 3 days after delivery. We will return new products when we got your message.
Q8. How to pay for the purchase order?
