Description:

There are two types of potato chip processing line.

The traditional potato chip is made by directly cutting the crude potato into slice and frying. But the compounded potato chip is mainly made by potato raw flour and property modified potato starch after rehydration, layer-pressing, slice-cutting, frying and seasoning. So the appearance of the compounded potato chip is more regular and easy to be packed into the packing boxes. Compared with the traditional potato chips, compounded potato chips can be made thinner and more soft. It is a kind of high quality snack food.
