Tire recycling process
1. Double Shaft Shredder: shred the whole tires into rubber chips(50-100mm).
2. Disc Classifier: Seperate the over sized rubber chips back to the shredder.
3. Grater: Cut the rubber chips into rubber mulch(10-30mm) and seperate the steel wire from rubber mulch.

TDF chips: Make crude oil, raw materials for power generation.
Rubber mulch: Application in garden decoration and playground protection.
Rubber crumb: rubber mats for playground, garden path.
