Dura-shred use best steel from biggest steel factories in China,(Bao steel, Wu Steel,Dongbei Special steel,xincheng special steel etc)and adopt various high standard special steel to make our products such as:42CrMo ,Cr12Mo1V1
All materials have the certificate of quality from original factory

We choose Siemens motor as our Standard configuration. We will provide two different brands of the rest spare parts for our customer to choose---Gearbox: Boneng/ SEW  Bearing: SEW/ZWZ. 

In order to make it easy to do the maintance work, we specially design a platform on Shredder, Rasper and granulators, which are both safty and convinient.

 As for the painting, we use JOTUN brand paint. Besides, we will paint three times before delievering. The regular color of our machine is GREEN. We believe it's the color of environment. And we will also pait the color based on our different requests like :blue, gray..etc.

Generally speaking, waste tires have the following usage:

1.Engery recovery and Civil Engineering. In this stage, people will cut tires into peices ( around 40cm to 120 cm) to make tire oil also called tire porolysis. We call this stage as TDF plant--the tires are shedded by our Double Shaft Shredder and turned into required size by Disc-classifier.

2.Application in garden decoration and playground protection. In this stage, people will cut the shredded tires( after the first stage) into smaller rubber mulch(around 15-35cm), in this stage the tire wires can be sperated. We call this stage as Rubber mulch plant--the tires are shredded smaller by our Grater( also called Rasper) and the steel are seperated by the Magnet.

3.Application in Running track and playground and making rubber mats. In this stage, people will cut the rubber mulch into rubber granules (around 1-8mm), in this stage, the fiber can be seperated. We call this stage as Rubber crumb plant--the tires are shredded smaller by our Granulator and fiber are separated by the Fiber remove system.

4.Application in construction and building road. In this stage, people will mill the rubber granules as fine as 40-120mesh rubber powder. We call this stage as Rubber powder plant--the tires are shredded into powder by our Miller.
