MPSM Soft-bag IV Solution Dynamic Super-heated Water Sterilizer is widely used in pharmaceutical and biological enterprises and medical institutions for the sterilization of bottled emulsion, suspension and other easy-to-precipitate pharmaceutical liquid, such as fat milk (vitamin milk, drug-containing milk, blood plasma substitutes and radiography milk).
It adopts superheated water as the medium to spray bags of medicine for heating and sterilizing. The soft bag is at swing state during the sterilizing process with the forced convection of spray water to result in a uniform heating, which improves the sterilizing quality, shortens the sterilizing time and avoids re-contaminating the infusion solution caused by unclean cooling water during the cooling process.
