An ampoule sterilizer is mainly used in the sterilization, leakage test and cleaning processing of ampoules, oral liquid (<20ml) infusion solution of glass bottles, and other pharmaceutical preparations. After sterilization, unqualified products will be checked out with the help of vacuum and hue water.

Features:

The inner shell is composed of quality 304 stainless steel plates and is automatically welded by plasma which reduces heat affected zone and ensures good quality of the welded joint. The surface has gone through a minimum of 5 times' automatic mechanical polishing that makes it more tidy and corrosion-resistant. The exterior is composed of quality steel plates specially designed for pressure containers. In addition, the technology of welding robot automatic welding is applied, which makes the equipment more pressure-proof;
