The oil refining machine is for intermittent refining,it has all functions as large and middle scale of refining machine.
Equipment profile:
It has its heat source, electrical control,with features of light weight and electricity saving. Only turning on power and connecting water, prepare little coal or firewood, caustic soda, phosphoric acid,bleaching clay and other materials, the equipment can be operated. Without special workshop and special base, no matter it's outdoor or indoor, it can be operated easily.

Introduction of main equipment:
Neutralization pot: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing.
Decolorization pot: Bleach oil and remove pigment from oil.
Deodorization pot: Remove odor from oil(Made of stainless steel).
Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280°C.
Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg.
Air compressor: Dry decolorization bleaching clay.
Filter press: Filter bleaching clay.
Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization & distillation
Equipment features:
Simple operation, saving investment, suitable for oil whose processing capacity is below 10T/D,such as soybean oil,cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil,sunflower oil and peanut oil, etc.

9.In the warranty period, all because of the quality of products has caused the damage or failure of equipment, suppliers will take the responsibility for the free repair and replacing spare part.
Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement.
After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours,or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours.
