This training system uses virtual reality technology to complete the producing of all processing equipment
and scene of steel producing, special equipments and engineering vehicles. It uses advanced computer
technology making the simulation of whole process monitoring system, through network communication
technology it realizes the interaction among virtual scene, monitoring system and hardware. Under the
driving of physical model, process model and experience model, it realizes the process according to real
industrial production.

III System Introduction
1 Ironmaking produce simulation practical training system includes: under groove batching system, top
groove fabric system, blast furnace body system, hot blast stove system, complete system before blast
furnace process, etc.
2 Steelmaking produce simulation practical training system includes: Hot metal pretreatment, converter
steelmaking, LF refining, slab continuous casting slab complete technological process, etc.
XINGKE steel making production-simulation training system is aiming at the whole steel making process flow using 3D animation technology,
including: equipments and scenes in the whole process flow of hot metal preprocessing, converter
steelmaking, LF refining, slab continuous casting. The system virtually makes the whole process flow of
secondary automation monitoring system and operation-and-control hardware equipments (virtual local operation platform). And by the network it can completely
communicate and interact with the virtual scene and equipments. And it completes the steel making
process flow training fitting reality driving by physical model and technology model.
