I. System features
1. XK-ZLZR2 Frequency Conversion Air Conditioner and Refrigerator Comprehensive Training Device is designed with a 180 degree vector DC inverter technology and DC inverter compressor design. The air conditioner system is integrity. The overall structure and performance of the device is as same as the real frequency conversion air conditioner which sold in the market.
2. The system uses the refrigeration unit is as true as the real one . This design is in order to keep the same pace with the actual teaching
3. The refrigerator refrigeration system has two kinds of system structure one is air cooling the other is direct cooling
4. The whole training device set refrigeration system, electrical control system and fault simulation together. And has clear and compacted structure. The refrigeration system and electrical system are as same as reality ones . The device equipped with the circuit diagram and setted the voltage measurement point in order to meet the training requirements.
5. Training platform equipped with a digital temperature display system which can be very intuitive to observe the key point of refrigeration and heating temperatures in the system . Pipeline system is equipped with a liquid mirror to observe the cooling way and a pressure meter to display the words of the pressure when the system work . These equipment can observe the real-time operation parameter .
6. The training device display the system structure and working principle of frequency conversion air conditioner and refrigerator indirectly . The device can see the refrigeration cycle system structure and the main real components clearly . They equipped with AC voltage meter , AC current meter . The real-time work state of the whole system is stick out a mile .
7. The training device is equipped with fault evaluation module which students can know the reason of it according to the principle of fault analysis and troubleshoot them .
8. The device is provided with a leakage protection unit . These can improve the safety of students operate the device .

III . The basic equipment of the device
The training device comprises a training table, air conditioner system module, refrigerator system module , measuring instruments , test box etc. .
1. Training table: iron , double Matt dense spray structure . The desktop is for the fire , waterproof , wear-resistant high density board , firm structure . With drawers and locker used for placing tools and materials.
2. Air conditioner unit includes an evaporator, condenser, compressor, four way reversing valve and remote control etc.Refrigerator unit includes an evaporator, condenser compressor wire , defrosting timer fuse etc. .
3. AC power control unit : the single phase three wire 220 V AC power supply , 1 AV voltage meter which measurement range of 0 ~ 250 V for monitoring the voltage , 1 AC current meter which measurement rang of 0 ~ 10 A for normal working current and starting current observation of the system .
4. The temperature detection unit : using PT100 sensor , three and a half display , measuring indoor and outdoor temperature , indoor pipelines of the evaporator temperature , outdoor condenser pipe temperature of refrigerator , refrigerator evaporator temperature , condenser temperature etc. Separately.
