1.  System characteristics:

1)   The equipment adopt 180 - degree vector dc frequency conversion technology and dc frequency conversion compressor for designing, the whole air conditioner system is real and integrity, its massive structure and property is as similar as remote control frequency conversion air conditioner on market.

4)   The whole training equipment connect refrigerating system, electrical system and fault simulation system together, its structure is clear, compact and accordance with real refrigerating system and electrical system, it has circuit principle diagram and can set the voltage measuring point, so it satisfy to the training requiring.

5)The training platform equipped with digital temperature display system, can intuitively observe each key point temperature in refrigeration and heating system. The pipe system equipped with watching liquid mirror and pressure gauge, can intuitively show refrigerating liquid flow direction and pressure value when the system is in working state, can real time observe the system working parameters.

6)The training platform intuitively shows the system structure and working principle of frequency conversion air conditioner and refrigerator, can clearly see structure of refrigerator cycle system and material object of major components, equipped with AC voltmeter, AC ampere meter, let the real-time working state of the whole system be clear at a glance...

3.   Device basic equipment:

Training device consists of training table, air conditioner system module, refrigerator system module, measuring meters and experiment box.

1)Training table:The iron double inferior smooth dense coating structure, table top properties: fire protection, waterproofing, Wear resistant high density board, firm structure, have drawer and cabinet with lock which are used to place tools and data, etc..

2)Air conditioner unit consists of evaporimeter, condenser, compressor, four way reversing valve and remote controller. Refrigerator consists of evaporimeter, wire-steel type condenser, frost fuse and frost timer, etc..

3)AC power supply control unit: single-phase three-wire, supply 220V AC power,1 AC ampere meter, measuring range is 0~250V,is used to monitor power grid voltage;1 AC ampere meter, measuring range is 0~10A,is used to observe system starting current and monitor system normally working current.

4)Temperature detection unit: adopt PT100 sensor, three and a half bit digital display, respectively measuring indoor environment temperature, indoor evaporimeter pipe temperature, outdoor environment temperature, outdoor condenser pipe temperature, air conditioner condenser temperature and air conditioner evaporimeter temperature, etc...
