1.Features of mini oil refine facilities. small scale oil refinery machine
This oil refining unit is for batch refining, with function of big and small scale batch refining equipment.
This oil refining unit is combined with the complete set of equipment.It has its heat source, electrical control,with features of light weight and electricity saving. Only turning on power and connecting water, prepare little coal or firewood, caustic soda, phosphoric acid,bleaching clay and other materials, the equipment can be operated.

Refining tank: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing.
Decolorization tank: Bleach oil and remove pigment.
Deodorization tank: Remove odor of oil(Made of stainless steel).
Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280℃.
Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg.
Air compressor: Dry decolorized bleaching clay.
Filter press: Filter bleaching clay.
Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization & distillation

Generally, we guarantee all equipments are completely new and unused, and under normal operation conditions the warranty period would be 12 months after installation or 18 months from the date of shipments whichever comes first.
Our equipment would be shipped in containers. Equipments too large for containerized shipment would be covered and protected from sea water damage.
We can send experienced and qualified engineers (electrical engineer and mechanical engineer) to the Buyer's site for supervision of equipment installation and commissioning. And after the plant had been successfully commissioned, our engineer will stay to train the buyer's plant personnel in process operations and equipment maintenance by buyer's request.
