Our sunflower cooking oil refining machine unit is widely used in crude crude soybean oil,peanut oil,rice bran oil,sunflower oil...
It has its heat source, electrical control,with features of light weight and electricity saving. Only turning on power and connecting water, prepare little coal or firewood, caustic soda, phosphoric acid,bleaching clay and other materials, the equipment can be operated. Without special workshop and special base, no matter it's outdoor or indoor, it can be operated easily.

Crude oil ------------- Alkali refining deacidification ------------ Water washing ----------Decolorization
Filtration Vacuum
----------------Deodorization-------------- Finished oil
Introduction of main equipment:
Neutralization pot: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing.
Decolorization pot: Bleach oil and remove pigment from oil.
Deodorization pot: Remove odor from oil(Made of stainless steel).
Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280°C.
Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg.
Air compressor: Dry decolorization bleaching clay.
Filter press: Filter bleaching clay.
Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization & distillation
Equipment features:
Simple operation, saving investment, suitable for oil whose processing capacity is below 10T/D,such as soybean oil,cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil,sunflower oil and peanut oil, etc.
Specification: 2T/D---10T/D
It is organic coal-fired furnace loaded thermal, heat power is from 120kw to 30000kw,so it can meet most industry field.
