1. Product Overview:

XK-JD3A Mechanical and Electrical Integration Training Set consists of aluminium profile training bench,feeding unit,carrying manipulator unit,belt conveyor unit,detecting unit,sorting unit,active function alarming light,power supply module,PLC,frequency convertor,touching screen,silence air pump,accessories etc.

XK-JD3A contains PLC technology, inverter technology, pneumatic technology, belt transmission technology, sensor detection technology, communication technology, etc. XK-JD3A training includes mechanical and electrical equipment installation, PLC application technology, electrical control technology, automatic control technology, mechanical and electrical integration technology, professional knowledge module single training project teaching, but also involves mechanical and electrical equipment, pneumatic systems, automatic control system comprehensive skills training.

Feeding unit:

This unit function is deliver the materials from stock bin to the position of lifting, there is one optoelectronic switch at lifting position to detecting material is delivered in place or not.

Carrying manipulator unit:

It will finish four of freedom degree action, includes cantilever stretch out and back,arm up and down,tilt cylinder rotation and paw release & tight. This unit used for delivering materials from feeding unit to belt conveyor unit.

Belt conveyor unit:

This unit consists of three phase gear motor (380V) 1set; flat belt 1pce.

Detecting unit:

This unit consists of kinds of detecting sensors, it will detect and distinguish three kinds of Materials

Sorting unit:

This unit consists of air cylinder and material trough, it will sort three kinds of materials to 3 material troughs.
